European Union Supports Innovative, Open Community-Based Social Inclusion Services at Local Level
The European Union and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), through the "EU Support to Social Housing and Active Inclusion" programme, are announcing the Open Call for Proposals for Innovative, Open Community-Based Social Inclusion Services at Local Level.
The overall objective of this Open Call is to contribute to the social inclusion of the most vulnerable women and men, girls and boys through the establishment and/or enhancement of innovative, open community-based services and therefore contribute to the process of deinstitutionalization.
The indicative budget of the Open Call is EUR 2.5 million and all social welfare institutions and civil society organisations are eligible to participate. The deadline for submitting project proposals is 30 September 2023 at 24.00

About the Programme
This Open Call is announced within the programme "European Union Support to Social Housing and Active Inclusion", for which the European Union has allocated 27 million euros. The programme is implemented by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in partnership with the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue and in cooperation with the Ministry of European Integration.
