Open Call for Proposals for Innovative, Open Community-Based Social Inclusion ServicesThe European Union and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), through the "EU Support to Social Housing and Active Inclusion" programme, are announcing the Open Call for Proposals for Innovative, Open Community-Based Social Inclusion Services. The overall objective of this Open Call is to contribute to the social inclusion of the most vulnerable women and men, girls and boys through the establishment and/or enhancement of innovative, open community-based services and therefore contribute to the process of deinstitutionalization. Eligibility All social welfare institutions and civil society organisations are eligible to participate. Third open call to local self-governments to submit project proposals for social housing and active inclusion of vulnerable groupsThe European Union and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), through the "EU Support to Social Housing and Active Inclusion" programme, are announcing the Third open call to local self-governments to submit proposals for social housing and active inclusion projects. The goal of this open call is to provide housing support for families in a sustainable and responsible way, through the construction of multi-family buildings and family houses, and the purchase, reconstruction, and adaptation of apartments and houses. Complementary active inclusion measures will be mandatory and they include support in the field of education, improvement of employability, employment and self-employment, and access to various social protection services. Eligibility All local self-government units in Serbia, except those that have active projects within the EU SHAI programme, are eligible to participate. A complete list of eligible local self-government units can be found in the following document - EU SHAI_CfP3_List of Eligible LSGs. The objective of this Call for Proposals is to improve living conditions for the most vulnerable women and men, girls and boys living in substandard settlements through the implementation of small-scale interventions in communal and social infrastructure, and to enhance their access to public services. Eligibility All local self-government units in the Republic of Serbia have the right to participate. Open Call for Proposals for Provision of Technical Assistance to LSGs in Development or Revision of Local Housing StrategiesThe European Union and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), through the "EU Support to Social Housing and Active Inclusion" programme, are announcing an Open Call for Proposals for Provision of Technical Assistance to LSGs in Development or Revision of Local Housing Strategies. The goal of this Open Call is to enhance capacities of up to 30 LSGs to develop or revise local housing strategies and action plans in accordance with the Law on housing and maintenance of buildings. The technical assistance will encompass the following steps:
Eligibility All local self-government units in the Republic of Serbia have the right to participate. Open call to local self-governments to submit project proposals for social housing and active inclusion of vulnerable groupsThe European Union and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), through the "EU Support to Social Housing and Active Inclusion" programme, are announcing an open call to local self-governments to submit proposals for social housing and active inclusion projects. The goal of this open call is to provide housing support for 500 families with at least 1,500 members in a sustainable and responsible way, through the construction of multi-family buildings and family houses, and the purchase, reconstruction and adaptation of apartments and houses. Complementary active inclusion measures for 1,000 beneficiaries will be mandatory, and they include support in the field of education, improvement of employability, self-employment and access to various social protection services. Eligibility All local self-government units in the Republic of Serbia have the right to participate.
